At Kala Brand Music Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your instrument in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
